Yes, The  team will take the old furniture which has been mentioned before by the customer before the delivery of the order.

The delivery teams will not take away any old pieces as, in most cases, they have full trucks to make several deliveries within a day.

During checkout, we'll provide you with an estimated arrival date based on our current production lead time (typically to 8 weeks, which varies by product and fabric selection) and projected transit time. Shipping transit time is, on average, 7 to 14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information that provides a more up to date delivery estimate. 

Once your order is on it's way to you it can take a few days for tracking to generate with the carrier, as soon as the tracking is available it will be emailed to you. Transit time is 7-14 business days, depending on where you live, and once your order arrives with the local delivery team they will call you directly to set a delivery date. This way you can be prepared to accept your new furniture! 

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order ships along with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want your experience to be perfect. If you receive a damaged item, please accept the delivery, but inform us immediately on call or through email. We’ll help you have the item repaired, replaced or returned under as per our terms & conditions.

We have two options for you:

Online payments- We are available on all the online payment platforms, feel free to pay as per your convenience.

Cash collection- our team person will be collecting cash from your doorstep at the scheduled time and date, after the payment collection the order will be punched in and will be delivered to you as per the delivery date promised.

The payment has to be done 100% before your order goes under manufacturing.

The transportation/ shipping will be calculated at the end, on the basis of pin-code, the distance between the factory & customer’s address.
